Welcome to Cleanozo. By booking a service or using this website (cleanozo.com.au), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.

These Terms apply to all customers, website visitors and service users.

1. About Us

Cleanozo (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Australia, including but not limited to:

  • Regular house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Vacate / End-of-lease cleaning
  • Carpet cleaning
  • NDIS cleaning and support services
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • One-off specialty cleaning

Our staff and contractors follow strict cleaning standards and industry best practices.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Bookings can be made through the website, phone, email or social media.
2.2 All bookings are subject to confirmation by Cleanozo.
2.3 Cleanozo reserves the right to refuse a booking for any reason, including incomplete information or safety concerns.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices listed on the website are base estimates. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Property size
  • Condition
  • Additional tasks requested
  • Travel distance

3.2 Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 We accept online payments, cash, bank transfer, or approved NDIS billing arrangements.
3.4 For NDIS participants, invoicing follows NDIS guidelines and agreed service schedules.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
4.2 Missed appointments (no access to property or client not present) may be charged at full service cost.
4.3 You may reschedule once for free if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth cleaning experience, the customer must:

  • Provide safe access to the property
  • Secure pets if necessary
  • Inform us of hazards, fragile items, or special cleaning instructions
  • Ensure water and electricity are available
  • Declutter major obstructions so cleaners can work efficiently

Cleanozo is not responsible for cleaning areas blocked by items or hazardous materials.

6. Service Limitations

Our cleaners do not perform the following:

  • Deep stain removal that requires professional restoration
  • Mould removal requiring certified mould remediation
  • High-risk ladder work
  • Handling of toxic materials, bodily fluids, or biohazards
  • Heavy lifting of furniture or appliances
  • Outdoor roof or gutter cleaning

We reserve the right to refuse cleaning tasks that may be unsafe or outside our scope.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you believe the cleaning was not completed to the agreed standard:

7.1 You must notify us within 24 hours with photos or details.
7.2 We will return for a free re-clean of the reported areas (where reasonable).
7.3 Refunds are not typically offered unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

8. Damage and Liability

8.1 Our cleaners take care while working, but accidental damage may occur.
8.2 You must report damages within 24 hours of service completion.
8.3 Cleanozo is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing wear or damage
  • Items not securely fixed
  • Deteriorated surfaces such as cracked tiles, peeling paint, loose fittings
  • Any loss due to delayed service times

8.4 Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided on the day.

9. NDIS Participants

For NDIS participants, additional terms apply:

  • Billing follows your individual plan and funding category
  • Service agreements must be approved before service begins
  • Cancellation policies must align with the NDIS pricing guidelines

Cleanozo supports both self-managed and plan-managed participants.

10. Access and Keys

If key collection or special access arrangements are required, this must be agreed before the service.
Missed access may result in a full charge.

11. Website Use

By using cleanozo.com.au, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Copy or reuse images or content without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information

We may update website content at any time without notice.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

Cleanozo may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last Updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
